A gasztronómia és szakács szakot aranydiplomával végezte a francia L’ecole Hoteliér du Lyonnais-ban. 2006-tól Bostonban a Hyatt Hotel Regencyben Commisként, majd Junior Chefként dolgozott Chef Kelly Arnetta mellett.
Eközben szabadnapjain Boston egyik előkelő Michelin csillagos éttermében, a L’Espalierben stázsolt, majd négy hónap után állományba is került.
2008-tól Richard Corrigannél vállalt munkát Londonban, Commis-ként kezdett dolgozni a szintén Michelin csillagos Bentley’s étteremben. A Skóciában, a Loch Burifa’ kastélyszállóban először mint Commis, majd Chef de Partie és Sous Chef-ként dolgozott.
2011 és 2016 között Bicsár Attila jobb kezeként, Sous Chef pozícióban dolgozott az Alabárdos étteremben, amely számos rangos hazai és nemzetközi díj birtokosa.
A Felisa Tapas Bárban a célom az, hogy a mediterrán konyhák legizgalmasabb változatát, a spanyol gasztronómiát ismertessem meg a vendégeinkkel. A tapasok egyszerűnek tűnnek, de változatosságuk miatt igazi gasztronómiai élményt nyújtanak. A konyhában mindig nagy hangsúlyt helyezek a frissességre és az ízekre, ennél az étkezési formánál viszont a gyorsaság is legalább olyan fontos mint az első kettő szempont.
Felícia and Manar are the passionate duo behind Tapas Bar by Felisa and The Diner Co. by Felisa Felícia launched her Tapas Bar by Felisa journey at just 23 years old, drawing inspiration from her family’s rich history in the hospitality business and her deep love for authentic Spanish cuisine. Her dedication to creating warm, welcoming spaces where friends and family can come together around good food is the heart of everything she does. Manar is an architect and an international event manager based in Budapest. Joining Felícia as co-Directors of Tapas Bar by Felisa allowed him to bring his design eye and event expertise to the restaurant world. Now, as co-Founders of Felisa Group and co-Owners of The Diner Co., They are blending culinary heritage and creative vision — to offer Budapest two unique dining experiences filled with heart, history, and flavor. Patrik’s journey with us began when he joined our team as a waiter. His enthusiasm, attention to detail, and natural leadership quickly distinguished him as an invaluable asset. Within months, he rose to become a leader, overseeing operations with dedication and inspiring teamwork among our staff. We are delighted to have Patrik as our Managing Director—rightfully so! His broad expertise and passion for the culinary arts, combined with his hands-on experience at Tapas Bar by Felisa & The Diner Co. by Felisa make him the heart of our operations. his steady guidance ensures unforgettable guest experience and a vibrant workplace for our team.
